Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged ZAR 150.00 per night and person for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs ZAR 20.00 per hour.
